Palma is in Mallorca, not La Palma
This guide covers Palma, the city on Mallorca. It should not be confused with La Palma, an island in the Canaries. For an arrival by air, use Palma de Mallorca Airport and code PMI in the request. Identify your service at the intermodal station
Palma’s Estació Intermodal brings together island transport services. Specify whether you arrive by train or bus and keep the operator name and stop shown on your ticket. It is not a station for trains arriving from mainland Spain. Nor should the Sóller tourist train be treated as though all its access points and services coincide with the other networks. The cathedral and La Almudaina in the old town
Mallorca Cathedral and La Almudaina Royal Palace are separate visits in the old town. Even if you include both in one walk, keep their visitor entrances distinct and agree on the road point where you will be picked up. Nearby monuments do not guarantee a vehicle stop at each doorway. If your itinerary continues to the port, specify your ship’s terminal: the cathedral name does not identify an embarkation point. To return to PMI, update pickup to the actual end of your visit and add an accommodation stop if you need to collect luggage.
