Taxi.club Terms and Conditions

The Taxi.club plan gives you access to a range of benefits:

• Online booking platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Automatic, immediate or scheduled bookings.
• Confirmation within a few minutes.
• Option to specify any special requirements: child seat, luggage or group.
• eSIM and digital kiosk included at no extra cost.
• A ride-hailing price comparison tool is included at no extra cost.

Service details

Book your taxi using the online form. The platform processes your booking automatically and sends you a confirmation within a few minutes, including details of the pick-up, the vehicle and the driver. For an immediate journey, the driver usually arrives within about 5 minutes.

Taxi.club service and plan prices

The Taxi.club plan costs €1.00, including the 24-hour trial; after which it costs €49.00 per month if the account is not cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing the plan (payment is taken on the due date of the charge or, if this is not possible, on the last day of the month). Payment for your plan is made by direct debit and will appear with the reference ‘Taxi.club’ or ‘Taxi.club.com’. The €1 fee is refundable upon request during the 24-hour trial period by emailing contact@taxisclub.com.

Taxi.club plans can be cancelled at any time, free of charge. Cancellation stops automatic renewal, and access remains available until the end of the paid period. If you cancel during the 24-hour trial, the monthly subscription will not begin.

Your plan runs for one month and is automatically renewed at the end of the current plan period.

Of course, you can cancel your Taxi.club subscription at any time, with no strings attached. You won’t be charged anything when you cancel your subscription: cancellation is completely free!

To cancel your subscription, simply go to the ‘Cancellation’ page and enter the email address you used to purchase your Taxi.club subscription. You can cancel your subscription here.

Communications

All our communications are sent via your personal account or by email, but you can also get in touch with us via our contact form or by emailing us at contact@taxisclub.com.

Storage and transfer of information

The information is stored on secure servers, which are monitored and maintained in accordance with privacy protection measures. We may store or transfer information relating to data subjects located in the EU to servers situated in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries which the European Commission has not deemed inadequate, provided that those countries implement appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal data.

Information is stored on our servers only for as long as is necessary to provide the services and maintain the integrity of our databases. We keep records of processing activities to demonstrate compliance with the EU’s GDPR.
