Taxi.club plan terms

The Taxi.club plan gives you access to several privileges:

• Booking assistance for the restaurant of your choice
• Help booking flight or train tickets
• Help booking events (after the 24-hour trial)
• Help booking hotels
• Booking assistance for your taxi journeys
• Personalised support and assistance

Service details

You can request a booking for a restaurant, a flight or a train ticket by contacting our team directly by phone or via the forms available in your connected member area. Our team will then call you back or send a confirmation of your booking, or give you the best available offers by attaching an external link for you to purchase your tickets.

Price of the Taxi.club service and plan

The Taxi.club plan costs €1.00 including the 24-hour trial, then €49.00 per month if the account is not cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing the plan (billing carried out on the anniversary date of the debit, or on the last day of the month where this is not possible). Payment of your plan is made by bank debit and will carry the descriptor Taxi.club or Taxi.club.com.

Taxi.club plans can be cancelled at any time and without conditions. Moreover, cancelling your Taxi.club plan is completely free.

Taxi.club plan arrangements

Your plan has a one-month term, automatically renewed at the end of the current plan period.

Your Taxi.club plan can of course be cancelled at any time and without any conditions. Nothing will be charged to you when you cancel your plan, because it is entirely free!

To cancel your plan, simply go to the “Cancellation” page and enter the email address with which you purchased your Taxi.club plan. You can end your plan here.

Communications

All our communications take place through your personal area or by email, but you can also contact us using our contact form or by writing to us at contact@taxisclub.com.

Storage and transfer of information

Information is stored on secure servers, controlled and maintained in accordance with privacy-protection measures. We may store or transfer information about data subjects located in the EU to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries the European Commission has not deemed inadequate, provided those countries put in place appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal information.

Information is stored on the servers only for as long as necessary to provide the services and maintain the integrity of our databases. We keep records of processing activities in order to demonstrate compliance with the EU GDPR.

Some services require the use of third-party solutions. When you are redirected from our site to a third-party website, you are no longer interacting with our site. Any information you provide through third-party websites will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy and other applicable terms.
